With the Panko range of breadcrumb coatings, DP&S realises the perfect crunch. The light and airy structure of DP&S Panko are realised because of the typical paper thin multilayer of bread. The DP&S Panko range is available in three colors: white, yellow and orange and the white Panko is additionally available in two granulations. Finding its origin in Asia, this breadcrumb coating is perfect for fish, seafood and chicken.
